Previous generations have grown with the belief that age is a terminal illness that inevitably deprives you of the ability to do anything body-care related. While this is relevant and valid for individuals who believe it is so, it is not really the ultimate truth that no one can escape.
Gone are the days of a static stretching before a workout. Whether you are out for a run, on the court for a game of basketball, or cycling your butt off, you will need your body to be ready for whatever you throw at it.
After nearly 10 months of being in lockdown. I was finally let back into my office in the city. I take the train, and am luckily enough to live and work very close to both stations. I have enjoyed working from home, especially as I get 2 hours of my day back avoiding the commute, but one thing I did notice this week is how much more active I am in the office.
