Fitness can appear in many forms. Fitness needs a primary source of purpose to really define it. For example, being fit to run a marathon and being fit to walk down the street can look completely different. Someone may be physically able to run that marathon, however lack the mental resilience or focus to be able to complete it.
I noticed it started earlier than usual in 2020. Normally it hits the media and socials on Boxing Day quicker than the hot cross buns hit the supermarket shelves, but this little beauty below showed up on my feed early December.
I’m no expert. I’m not a nutritionist. Here is something I do know… whilst I am able to live life to it’s fullest, I intend to enjoy it, and I don’t want to be in a constant state of guilt, regret or shame.
