They also completed the tests faster.

So if a little exercise boosts your mental acumen, will going longer and harder mean you will be the next Einstein? Probably not.

Regularly bike riding can however also keep hormones like adrenaline and cortisol in check, which means you'll feel less stressed and you'll bounce back from anxiety-filled situations quicker.

Cycling can be more beneficial than other forms of cardio, primarily because it is low impact, causes less strain and injuries than most other forms of exercise, whilst helping to increases stamina, strength and aerobic fitness.  It’s also a great way to work out all the major muscle groups at once.
