Trying to get my toe into my ear has never been a strong ambition of mine. I would just like to be able to get up off the floor without my bones creaking. My warrior pose usually means me shouting at the driver who cuts into my lane on the way to the studio. My salute to the sun usually involves my middle finger and the only yoga pose I truly excel at is the childs pose.
